These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Arrows In (the "Game"), published by 416 Games SIA, an independent game studio registered in Riga, Latvia ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
The Game is distributed through the Apple App Store. Its software license is Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "EULA"); these Terms supplement that EULA with game-specific provisions and apply in addition to it. Your use of the Game is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher — to play the Game, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to these Terms and the EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to play the Game for your own entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules. All rights, title, and interest in the Game — including its code, artwork, levels, design, and the 416 Games name — remain ours or our licensors'.
You agree not to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code except where the law permits it despite this restriction; interfere with the Game's operation, ads, or purchase mechanisms; or use cheats, automation, or exploits.
All purchases in the Game are made through your Apple account and processed entirely by Apple — we never receive your payment details. Billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: to request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. The Game currently offers:
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Purchases are tied to your Apple account; use "Restore Purchases" in the Game's shop or settings to restore them on a new device.
The weekly subscription renews automatically each week at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your device's subscription settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial-period refunds from us (Apple's refund policies are unaffected). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
The Game includes virtual items and benefits — such as ad-skip tickets, jokers, undos, and in-game currency. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold: they have no monetary or real-world value, cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or anything of value outside the Game, and are usable only inside the Game. Consumable items (such as an ad-skip ticket) are used up when spent. Virtual items may be forfeited if your access is terminated for a serious breach of these Terms, subject always to Section 10.
Purchases in the Game are digital content and digital services supplied immediately. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, for digital content delivered instantly (such as a one-time unlock), you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. For subscriptions, any withdrawal and cancellation rights you have under the law of your country of residence remain available and are exercised through Apple, which processes all payments and refund requests for App Store purchases. Nothing in this section limits Section 10.
The Game is free and ad-supported. Ads are served by Google AdMob and its partner networks and may include interstitial ads between levels and optional rewarded ads, which you may choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit (for example an undo with jokers, or a new set of arrows). Rewarded benefits are virtual items under Section 5 — in-game only, non-transferable, and without real-world value. The "No Forced Ads" purchases remove interstitial ads; rewarded ads remain available as an always-optional choice. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for third-party websites they link to. Data processing related to ads is described in our Privacy Policy.
We are a small studio and the Game evolves: we may update, modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature (including virtual items and ad-removal mechanics) at any time. Where a change would materially deprive you of something you paid for, we will act reasonably and in accordance with your statutory rights. Game progress is stored only on your device; we cannot restore progress lost through app deletion or device changes. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you materially breach these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or on-device progress. To the same maximum extent, our total liability arising out of these Terms or the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence — including rights concerning digital content conformity, remedies, and withdrawal — which cannot be waived or limited by contract. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with such rights, your statutory rights prevail.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you habitually reside. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts determined by applicable law. If you are an EU consumer, you may also contact your national consumer-protection or alternative-dispute-resolution body — in Latvia, the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv).
These Terms are concluded between you and 416 Games SIA only — not with Apple. Apple is not a party to these Terms, is not responsible for the Game or its content, and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for it; we are solely responsible for the Game, for any warranties (to the extent not disclaimed), and for addressing any claims relating to it, including product-liability, regulatory, consumer-protection, privacy, and intellectual-property claims. If the Game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the Game (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when playing the Game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect, and continued use of the Game afterwards means the updated Terms apply. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Game and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.
