Arrows In Β· Last updated: July 17, 2026

The short version. Arrows In has no accounts, no sign-up, no chat, and no servers of our own β€” your game progress lives only on your device. We don't collect your name, email, or contacts. The game is free and funded by ads and optional purchases, so our advertising and analytics partners (Google and AppsFlyer) process device identifiers and usage data as described below, under the consent controls Apple and EU law give you. Delete the app and your on-device data is gone.

1. Who We Are

Arrows In is developed and published by 416 Games SIA, an independent game studio registered in Riga, Latvia. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), 416 Games SIA is the data controller for the processing described in this policy. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; for all privacy matters contact us at hello@416.games.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or any account credentials. There is no registration and no user-generated content. Your puzzle progress, scores, and settings are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to us β€” we do not operate any game servers.

3. Data That Is Collected, and Why

The following categories of data are collected on our behalf by the third-party software (SDKs) built into the game:

We use this data to: serve and measure ads (which fund the free game); understand how the game is played so we can improve it; measure the performance of our own advertising campaigns; deliver and restore purchases; and detect fraud and technical problems.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data only with the service providers below, which help us run, fund, and improve the game. Each processes data under its own safeguards; where they act as our processor they may use the data only on our instructions.

ServiceWhat it does for usTheir privacy information
Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads) Serves the ads in the game (interstitial and optional rewarded video) and measures them. With your consent, Google may use identifiers such as the IDFA and SDK-set identifiers to personalize ads; without it, ads are non-personalized. Google acts as an independent controller for ad serving. Google Privacy Policy Β· How Google uses ads data Β· How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
Google Analytics for Firebase Product analytics: usage and gameplay events, purchase events, and ad-revenue measurement, collected using device identifiers (not your name β€” we don't have it). We use Google Analytics for Firebase and it collects and processes data as described in the "partner sites" link on the left. Analytics data honors your consent choices (Google Consent Mode). Firebase Privacy & Security
AppsFlyer Install attribution and advertising measurement (which campaign led to an install), ad-revenue and purchase measurement, and fraud prevention, acting as our processor. Retains end-user data for at most 24 months. AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy Β· AppsFlyer opt-out
Apple App distribution, all payment processing (App Store / StoreKit), subscription management, and the App Tracking Transparency permission system. Apple is an independent controller for these. Apple Privacy Policy

We require that partners who receive personal data protect it to a standard equal to or greater than this policy. We do not share your data with any third-party artificial-intelligence services. Beyond the providers above, we disclose information only if required by law or to protect the game, its players, or our rights.

5. Advertising, Consent, and Tracking

Arrows In shows ads through Google AdMob, including third-party demand partners. Whether ads are personalized is under your control:

Watching rewarded ads is always your choice; declining a rewarded ad never blocks gameplay.

6. Legal Bases (GDPR)

Providing personal data is never a statutory or contractual requirement β€” the game works fully if you decline tracking and personalized ads.

7. International Transfers

Google and AppsFlyer process data in the United States and other countries. Both Google LLC and AppsFlyer Inc. are certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (including the UK Extension and the Swiss–U.S. DPF), and transfers are additionally safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

8. Retention

9. Your Rights and Choices

If you are in the EEA/UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing, and to withdraw any consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened). No decisions with legal or similarly significant effect are made about you by automated means.

Ways to exercise control:

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority β€” in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija), Elijas iela 17, Riga, LV-1050, www.dvi.gov.lv β€” or with the authority of your country of residence.

10. Deleting Your Data

Because we run no servers, deleting the app removes all game data stored on your device. Data already collected by our providers is deleted per Section 8's retention periods, or earlier on request: email hello@416.games and we will submit deletion requests to Google (Firebase app-instance deletion) and AppsFlyer on your behalf, normally completed within 30 days.

11. United States Residents

416 Games SIA is a small EU studio that does not meet the thresholds of the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar US state laws. We honor their spirit regardless: sharing device identifiers with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law, and you can opt out of it at any time using the ATT and consent controls in Section 5 ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

12. Children

Arrows In is designed for and directed to a general audience. It is not directed to children, is not in the App Store Kids category, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 or under the applicable age of digital consent in their country. Ad requests are not tagged for child-directed treatment. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the game, contact us at hello@416.games and we will delete it.

13. Security

Data in transit between the app and our providers is encrypted. Our providers apply industry-standard organizational and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but the amount of personal data involved here is deliberately minimal.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the game or the law changes. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect. Continued use of Arrows In after changes become effective means the updated policy applies going forward.
