This Privacy Policy explains what information ListOff collects, how we use it, and the choices you have when you play ListOff on Telegram or iOS.

1. Information We Collect

To run the game, we may collect and store:

• Account and platform identifiers needed to sign you in and keep your progress attached to your account or device.
• Optional display names you choose for your profile, challenges, shared results, and league standings.
• Gameplay and progress data such as scores, streaks, owned cosmetics, equipped items, challenge results, and league standings.
• Purchase and subscription state needed to deliver optional cosmetic purchases, coin packs, or the optional VIP subscription.
• Product interaction and usage events, such as app launches, screen views, taps, shares, purchases started or completed, and other feature-use events.
• Device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, and attribution identifiers used for analytics, fraud prevention, advertising attribution, and advertising measurement.
• Crash reports, diagnostic data, and technical events that help us understand app health, feature usage, and purchase flow performance.
• Messages you send us through support email.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• Operate the game and keep your progress, inventory, and subscriptions in sync.
• Process challenges, daily modes, leagues, rewards, and cosmetic unlocks.
• Show your chosen display name on profile, challenge, shared-result, and leaderboard surfaces where you participate.
• Detect abuse, fraud, bugs, and service issues.
• Measure feature performance and improve the game experience.
• Measure installs, referrals, shares, and advertising campaign performance, where permitted by your consent choices and platform privacy controls.
• Respond to support requests.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Optional payments may be processed by third-party platforms such as Telegram, Apple, and RevenueCat. We receive only the information needed to confirm the purchase or subscription status, unlock the related in-game benefits, and keep our records accurate. We do not store full payment-card details.

4. Analytics, Attribution, and Diagnostics

We use service providers such as PostHog for product analytics, AppsFlyer for install attribution and advertising measurement, RevenueCat for purchase and subscription infrastructure, and crash reporting tools for diagnostics. These providers may process identifiers, usage events, gameplay-derived events, purchase status, crash data, and diagnostic data as needed to provide their services.

On iOS, advertising tracking and use of the advertising identifier are controlled by Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and your device privacy settings. In regions where additional consent is required, we also ask for consent before enabling advertising measurement features that require it.

5. Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate ListOff, including hosting, analytics, attribution, diagnostics, purchase, and subscription infrastructure. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service, players, or our rights.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep account, gameplay, purchase, and support data for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate ListOff, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You can manage App Store subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. On iOS, you can manage tracking permission in Settings. You can also contact us if you need help with support, privacy questions, or requests about your data.

8. Children's Privacy

ListOff is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of ListOff after changes become effective means the updated policy applies going forward.
